However, no significant reactivity is observed with IgA, IgM, or other serum proteins. Goat IgG ELISA kit reactivity was tested with the following animal serum IgG at concentrations of 100ug/ml: Sheep IgG (7%), Human IgG (2%), and Bovine IgG (2%), showed crossreactivity. Rat, Mouse, Monkey, Pig, Rabbit, Guinea Pig, Hamster, and Chicken serum IgG showed less than 1% crossreactivity. |
